Phyllis Fay Gotlieb (natural May 26, 1926) is a Canadian science fiction novelist and poet who lives in Toronto, Ontario. Her novel The Judgement of Dragons won a Aurora Award for Best Novel within 1982.

She is married to Calvin Gotlieb, a computer science prof.
